We invite all members to stay back after the Service for a short meeting to discuss the projects regarding continued improvements to the Center. The Managing Council will share the results from the recent survey, and the next steps of this project.

Devotional garden signs featuring sacred quotes from Guruji and Autobiography of a Yogi have been placed in our meditation gardens. Inspired by the pathways of Lake Shrine, these signs offer moments of reflection and upliftment to all who pass by. Each quote was lovingly submitted by our members. May they bring peace, inspiration, and a renewed sense of connection on your spiritual journey.

Happy Easter!

Following the Reading Service today, we will have our Easter potluck. All are welcome to join in the fellowship.

We are happy to share that, just in time for Easter, devotional garden signs featuring sacred quotes from Guruji and Autobiography of a Yogi will be placed throughout the gardens. Inspired by the pathways of Lake Shrine, these signs offer moments of reflection and upliftment to all who pass by. Each quote was lovingly submitted by our members. May they bring peace, inspiration, and a renewed sense of connection on your spiritual journey.

In an effort to create a calm, reverent atmosphere conducive to deep communion with God, we would like to remind everyone of the importance of maintaining silence in the chapel, as much as possible before and during our Meditation Services, including during the 10:45 a.m. break on Sundays, and by taking social conversations out to the Social Room or foyer. As a helpful reminder, we also have a flyer on meditation etiquette available at the Information Table in the Social Room.

The Managing Council recently sent out a survey to members outlining major physical improvements to our Center to accommodate the continued growth of our spiritual family for present and future generations. These proposed improvements reflect our sincere desire that every aspect of the Center convey an atmosphere of reverence and sacredness, in keeping with the standards of SRF temples, thereby supporting the Center’s role as a spiritual sanctuary, where all are welcome. We thank you for your inputs via the survey before March 31st, 2026.

We invite you to special meditations for the blessed season of Easter. On Good Friday, April 3rd, we will have a 3-hour Kirtan meditation from 7 until 10 p.m. And on Saturday, April 4th, we will have a 6-hour pre-Easter Kirtan Meditation from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. with an intermission at 1 p.m.

On Easter Sunday, a special Sunrise Service led by SRF President Bro. Chidananda at the Mother Center, will be streamed online at 7 a.m. On account of this, the Easter Sunrise Service normally held at our Center will be canceled, so all can tune in from home to watch the special broadcast. We will have our regular Sunday meditation and Reading Service that day.

Following the Sunday Service on Apr. 5th, we will have our Easter potluck. Please bring a vegetarian dish to share. The Social Committee is looking for a few volunteers to help with the potluck. If you are interested in serving, please see Puja Gupta or Christine Brassell after the Service.
