Please mark your calendars for our annual General Meeting, to be held next Sunday Nov 13th at 12:15 pm following the Sunday Services. The Managing Council will provide updates on several projects going on at the Center, and we’ll review the annual budget. All are welcome!
If you attend the Seattle Center of SRF regularly and would like to be a Voting Member, please find a registration form on the Information Table in the Social Room.
On Sunday the 20th of November we will have our annual Shoe Boxes of Joy packing and wrapping party. There is a list of needed items under the bulletin board. Please join us in the Social Room to wrap and assemble boxes of needed items to be given to elderly and disabled who are isolated from family and friends during the holiday season. Wrapping paper will be provided, as well as light snacks.. All donations of items on the list, as well as shoe boxes, are greatly appreciated. Please come and join us for this joyful event.
Our Thursday evening meditation on November 24 is cancelled because of Thanksgiving.
Our first four hour pre- Christmas kirtan meditation will be on Saturday November 26 from 5 to 9pm.
Our main reading today is, “Reincarnation.”
