Mother’s Day Tea Reception

We’d like to wish you a Happy Mother’s Day today as we honor all the mothers who grace our lives. We will celebrate Mother’s Day with a tea reception and fellowship after the service today, and all are invited to attend. 

Spanish Reading Service

There will be a Spanish Reading Service on May 19 following the Sunday Reading Service. It will be held from 12:15 – 1:15 p.m here in the chapel. Printouts will be provided with words to the prayers and chants in Spanish, and all are welcome to attend!

Seabeck Regional Retreat

Registration to participate in the Seabeck Regional Retreat this year is now open. You may register online at srfseattlecenter.org. The silent retreat will be held from June 7 to 9 at the Seabeck Conference Center, led by visiting monastics, Brother Jitananda and Brother Maitrimoy. If you have questions you’d like to submit for the satsanga on Saturday evening during the retreat, please email them through our website, or submit them in the suggestions box kept on the table in the foyer. If you have any questions about the retreat, please see the volunteer at the Information Table after Service. 

Lastly…

A gentle reminder that if there are devotees or visitors meditating in the chapel before, during or after services, please maintain silence and carry any social conversations outside the chapel. We greatly appreciate your cooperation on this to maintain the stillness within the chapel.
