Day of Service

Day of Service will be held on Saturday, February 24, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. This follows the morning meditation from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Lunch will be provided. All are welcome to join in the joy of fellowship and service in cleaning, gardening and carrying out maintenance projects.

Commemorative Services for Paramahansa Yogananda and Swami Sri Yukteswar

On Saturday, March 2, we will have a 6-hr meditation with kirtan from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for Paramahansa Yogananda’s and Swami Sri Yukteswar’s mahasamadhis.

We will commemorate the mahasamadhi of Paramahansa Yogananda on Thursday, March 7th and the mahasamadhi of Swami Sri Yukteswar on Thursday, March 9th. On each of these occasions we will have silent meditation from 7 – 7:45 p.m. followed by the commemorative service at 8 pm.Please bring a flower and a monetary offering. The ushers will allow late arrivals to quietly enter and join the meditation any time from 7 – 7:45 p.m. preceding the commemorative services.

Reading Service 

The Reading Service for today is “Lord, Possess us with Thy Love.”
