Swami Sri Yukteswar Commemorative and Meditation

On Friday May 10, we will have a Commemorative Service for Sri Yukteswar’s birthday at 8 p.m. preceded by open meditation from 7 – 7:45 p.m. Please bring a flower and a monetary offering as symbols of your devotion and loyalty to the Gurus. Flowers will be available at the Center also. 

On Saturday May 11, we will have a 6-hour meditation with Kirtan from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. for the birthday of Sri Yukteswar. Group Energization Exercises will be practiced at 9:40 a.m. and there will be a 30-minute break at 12:30 p.m.

Mother’s Day Tea Reception

On Sunday, May 12, we will celebrate Mother’s Day with a tea reception and fellowship after the Sunday services. The Center will provide light fare and beverages, and additional contributions of vegetarian snacks are welcome.

Seabeck Regional Retreat

Registration to participate in the Seabeck Regional Retreat this year is now open. You may register online at srfseattlecenter.org. The silent retreat will be held from June 7 to 9 at the Seabeck Conference Center, led by visiting monastics, Brother Jitananda and Brother Maitrimoy. If you have questions you’d like to submit for the satsanga, please email them through our website email address info@srfseattlecenter.org, or submit them in the suggestions box kept on the table in the foyer.
